ULLI’s Boutique is a refined destination for elevated coastal fashion and accessories. As a sister boutique to Back of the Bay Boutique in Naples, FL, our collections reflect a sophisticated, coastal-chic aesthetic—effortless, polished, and inspired by island living.
Where is ULLI's Boutique located?
We are located on beautiful Sanibel Island in Southwest Florida. Our boutique captures the essence of relaxed luxury, blending timeless style with the natural elegance of the coast.
Orders & Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is FREE within the U.S.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
To begin the return process, please email us at sales@ullisboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
Do you offer exchanges?
We process exchanges as returns, meaning, if you need a different size or color, simply follow our return process by emailing us at sales@ullisboutique.com, then place a NEW order for the item you'd like instead. Your return will be refunded to your original payment method minus $10 return shipping fee. Your new order will be processed as it comes in. This allows us to fulfill your new order ASAP rather than waiting on your return to be processed.

How do I know what size to order?
Most styles fit true to size unless otherwise noted. If you need additional guidance, our customer care team is always happy to assist.
Are your items true to size?
While most pieces are designed with a true-to-size fit, sizing may vary slightly by style. We include detailed notes on each product page to help you choose with confidence.
What size does your model wear and how tall is she?
For reference, our Lulu-B model is 5'3" and wears a size XS.

Do I need an account to order?
You’re welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account, however, allows you to track orders, save favorites, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
